About Us
901 Wood Burning Kitchen & Bar is a premier and authentic Italian/American Restaurant that has been proudly serving the Shrub Oak area and beyond since 2018. Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience.
It all began in 2017 with two friends and a dream.

Vincent Gaudio, fellow restauranteur who has previously opened seven establishments including Three Boy's From Italy in Mahopac and Gaudio's Italian Restaurant in Yorktown, and Barbara Degaltini are longtime friends turned business partners. Degaltini and Gaudio joined forces to bring authentic Italian cuisine to Shrub Oak.

Every customer that comes through our doors becomes apart of the Novecento Family and we are forever grateful to each customer who have showed us constant support. Everyday is a new beginning and we are happy to be going on this wonderful journey with all of you.

Due to mandated order from NYS, all restaurants/bars must be closed at 10:00. Our last reservation slot is 8:30 p.m to ensure proper measures are taken. We as well be operating with a 90 Minute Seat Rule for Reservations and Walk-in's.
